When I started with Alex as my personal trainer, I knew I was going to get pushed hard, which is great.  Some people look at spending money on a personal trainer as a waste, but I can honestly say it is worth every penny.  Alex helped me push my limits and accomplish my physical fitness goals.  The most important thing I learned while working out is that it is really important to push yourself as hard as you can because the limits you create for your body are all mental.  The possibilities are endless.
 
     Before I started training with Alex, I had been running and doing some cardio every now and then, but never in my life have I pushed myself as hard as I did training with Alex.  Even when I thought I couldn't do anymore, Alex was right there pushing me.  Within the first 6 sessions I had already lost 11 pounds.  All together, I lost 15.5 pounds, and with that 15.5 pounds I went from about 28% body fat to 18% body fat.  Thanks to Alex, my results were amazing. I couldn't have done it with out him that's for sure!
