I had always been a small build girl. I never thought I would have to focus on exercise and diet. Was I ever wrong! Quickly my body changed shape as I entered into my 40's. I started covering up my body more and more. I'm an avid boater and was starting to feel embarrassed in a bathing suit because of loss of muscle tone. I was out of shape, frequently tired, and never really thought about what I ate.

    Based on a recommendation, I decided to give Bodi N Balance a try. At my consultation with Anthony, we talked about what I ate in a typical day. He made meal recommendations as well as frequency that was designed to help me increase my metabolism while helping me lose fat. Anthony encouraged me to look at food as fuel and nourishment as opposed to entertainment.  I have never in my life, eaten so healthy and enjoyed it!

    Along with food changes, I started working out with Anthony 3 times a week. We initially focused on a balance of cardio and weight training. I needed to lose fat and then I wanted to start to gain weight by increasing my lean muscle. I couldn't believe how quickly my body started to change shape. After just two months, I lost 11% body fat, gained 6lbs of pure muscle and lost 2 pant sizes. I initially started to lose weight and replaced it with muscle gain.

    Anthony is amazing to work with. He totally focuses on me. The gym can be full but his attention is solely on my what my goals are for the day. Anthony makes the hour go fast. He is fun, motivating and seems to truly enjoy and believes in what he does. Because of Anthony and the Bodi N Balance fitness system, I am healthier than I have ever been.

    I was always an active person in my 20's and 30's. I never had to workout or eat right...then I hit 40! My clothes started fitting tighter,  I was tired all the time and couldn't sleep well when I did go to bed. I was eating 4 large meals a day and my during spare time was laying around and watching TV for hours  I was just starting to feel older than I was.

    Then I met Anthony.  During his first consultation, he gave me food recommendations that I could follow that has me eating six times a day. I'm never hungry! He has also set up an exercise plan for me to lose the weight and put on the muscle.

    I started out at 188lbs with 19% body fat. At the end of the first month I lost 20lbs of fat and was down to 13% body fat. At 168lbs,  I started showing muscle tone and was full of energy. I was waking up earlier in the morning, and felt better at work. When I came home,  I was ready to do something. I felt like I was in my 20's again. My days of  TV controlling my life were over.

    By the end of the 2nd month I had lost another 4% of fat but was also starting to gain muscle weight. I now weigh 166lbs with under 12% body fat. I have my abs back and feel great in a muscle shirt or shirt off. I'm showing definition in my arms, back, chest and legs. Wow, all this in two months, I wish I would have done this years ago.

    Anthony has been awesome to work with. He is totally focused on you during your work out session. He is great to work with and a very good motivator. I could have never come so far so fast with out Anthony's guidance, support and help.
