Hi, my name is Trevor and I absolutely love fitness.  I am currently certified by the International Sports Science Association, as a personal fitness instructor.  I have played numerous sports throughout my life, to include High School and College.  I was a Noncommissioned officer in the airborne infantry, and have been to college at the University of Toledo and The Ohio State University.  I am currently pursuing a career in Physical Therapy.  I have worked with people with many different fitness goals.  Some of those include; body fat reduction, muscle growth, endurance, and fitness therapy.  My clients range from people trying to lose weight, to people trying to just increase the longevity and quality of their lives in their later years.  I also train athletes for a variety of sports.  I created Bodi N Balance with the purpose of educating individuals about healthy lifestyles.  I don’t think everyone should be a “Health Nut”.  I just think that a little change here and there could give people a great physical improvement in whatever they do.

Hello, my name is Derek and if I can’t motivate you, nobody can.  I am a certified fitness instructor, by the International Sports Science Association.  I specialize in youth athletes and body fat reduction.  Sports have always been a passion of mine in both High School and College.  I have been trained by some of the worlds top athletes in a variety of sports to include; wrestling, football, and power lifting. So if you are looking to reduce body fat, improve performance, enhance muscle growth, or simply improve your quality of life, I am the trainer for you.  “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm”.

My name is Anthony Salamone, an International Sports Science Association certified fitness instructor.  I specialize in body fat reduction and muscle growth, but am able to assist clients with a variety of training needs.  My love for fitness began at the age of thirteen when I started using weights, and I have been active ever since.  I addition to personal fitness instruction, I work as a firefighter and EMT at the St. Albans Fire Department.  Some of the sports I currently participate in are; wakeboarding, snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, and motocross.  I am extremely excited about working with Bodi N Balance, and eager to help all my clients achieve their goals.

My name is Jennifer.  I am a certified fitness instructor.  I have worked in the weight training industry for 15 years.  I specialize in workouts that give results.  I work with clients to help with lifestyle changes that will undoubtedly facilitate getting the best from their workouts.  My clients see fast results and most importantly, learn to maintain their goals.  I believe that through this mentoring process, all my clients live a healthier and happier life.

Bodi N Balance welcomes Kathy to the Sandusky area group.  She is a certified personal fitness instructor through the International Sports Science Association.  Her primary focus is on body fat reduction and lean muscle growth.  She can make you a believer in the Bodi N Balance system.  Kathy is highly devoted to every individual client she teaches.  You would be hard pressed to find a more sincere trainer.  We expect great things to come.

My name is Alex Barlow and I am also educated through ISSA.  I have been around fitness my whole life and I am very dedicated to it.  As a trainer I intend to make it my goal to make your goals come true.  I am experienced in youth fitness and muscle growth programs, and I also specialize in weight loss. I promise to make training as fun and enjoyable as possible, but I will do whatever it takes to take your body to a higher level of fitness.  Even if it means getting a little pushy!
