Calculate Body Mass Index

The Body Mass Index or BMI as we refer to it, is a general tool for our fitness consultants to measure how much weight you may be able to loose.  The BMI also helps us to insure that you will not be sacrificing muscle on your fitness program.  The BMI is not a good system for those with more than average muscle mass.  Therefor some clients will not be able to use this system after working with a Bodi N Balance fitness consultant for more than a few months.
